About Me

Hi! My name is Myesha and I am the founder of Hard Copy Memories.

Hard Copy Memories was born from a moment of reflection in 2017 when I realized that, like so many, I had stopped buying photo albums and printing pictures. My phone had become my photo album, filled with digital memories, but there was something missing. While I fully embrace the beauty of instant photos, there’s a nostalgic joy in holding a physical memory in your hands—whether it’s a printed photo or a photo magnet.

Back in 2017, I started the Instagram page, Hard Copy Memories, to capture this vision, but life took me in a different direction. It wasn’t until this year, 2024, that I felt the time was right to move forward with this dream. Now, Hard Copy Memories is about reviving that lost connection to tangible memories, bringing them back into our lives in a meaningful way.

As a mother of two wonderful boys—my oldest son, a talented content creator, and my youngest, Maverick, who is on the autism spectrum—I’ve faced unique challenges. Maverick’s adventurous spirit led to us making the difficult decision to homeschool him after he was removed from daycare due to his tendency to elope. I realized that I needed to find a way to support my family while being present for Maverick, and that’s where the dream of Hard Copy Memories truly took root.

With the support of my loving husband and surrounded by the joy my boys bring me every day, I’m dedicated to making this business a success—not just for me, but for all the families who want to hold their memories in their hands once again. Hard Copy Memories is more than a business; it’s a way for me to care for my family while helping others relive their most cherished moments in a beautiful, physical form.
